Both packages have had sourceful uploads since the new libcelt was uploaded,
so no binNMUs are required for them.
gst-plugins-bad0.10 was uploaded earlier today to fix a build failure on
several architectures, and j-a-c-k on Saturday to pick up the new celt
dependency (which could have been handled by binNMUs if it had been
requested before the j-a-c-k upload).
