Just a clarification: iceowl-l10n in testing is only useful for iceowl.
In sid, things are different since iceowl-extension is now built from
icedove (since 8.0~b4-2). Removing iceowl-l10n from testing now will
allow us to get rid of iceowl/testing. It will migrate again once
icedove is ready (if no other issues pop up in the meantime).
