Well, it seemed pmetapost is not contained in texlive
packages so we need it theoretically but jmpost is built 
from ptex-bin.
jbibtex-bin is also built from ptex-bin as Adam wrote.

So we are in a very complicated situation.
jmpost is not replaced with any binary of texlive packages.
jbibtex-bin is replaced with pbibtex basically but is 
convenient for texfam.

But both jmpost and jbibtex-bin are built (as byproducts) 
from ptex-bin which gets FTBFS bug.

So we might admit they simply go away.
