fwiw, it's now built everywhere, although something seems to have gone
wrong with the powerpc upload; I've poked the buildd admin.
I've scheduled clutter-{gesture,gst}. clutter-imcontext was on the
"doesn't need rebuilding" list, but appears to have cogl dependencies on
a handful of arches - specifically, armhf, hurd and s390x.
