At TeXLive transition, I thought wrongly that this was obsolete
and unnecessary. But I notice, after getting Bug#688253 and
reviewing the package, that this is necessary even now to use
complete set of morisawa fonts.

Looking through the diff, there's an undocumented bump of the debhelper
compat level from 4 to 6. What's the rationale for that?
