Hi! Since there was an RC bug reported against version 2.0.0-3 (some missing Replaces/Breaks), allowing this version back in to testing again would not be a good idea. I created a 2.0.0-3+wheezy1 version with the same fix that is in 2.0.0-5 and uploaded it to testing-proposed-updates.
