scim-prime is RC buggy in wheezy but the NMU uploaded
to unstable contains significant changes including replacing
the dpatch build-dependency with source format 3.0 quilt -
including rewriting all the old patches and moving to compat 9.
As part of the fix for #687401, please remove scim-prime from
wheezy so that the fixed version can be uploaded to wheezy-backports
once that becomes available after the wheezy release.

Please remove scim-prime from testing.
