scim-anthy is RC buggy and out of all the possible fixes, the
only sensible choice is to remove scim-anthy from testing and
reintroduce it via wheezy-backports once that becomes available.

The reasons for this removal are that scim-anthy requires an updated
version of scim which cannot be reasonably unblocked for migration
into wheezy due to substantial changes in the new upstream version.

Please remove scim-anthy from testing.
