Unfortunately it FTBFS on armhf. The control file still lists the -cil packages as built on that architecture, which then fails because the build-dependencies aren't available. It looks like control.in has a substitution variable which updates both the build-dependency lists and the architecture lists for the binary packages. Was debian/control directly edited in this case instead? (Maybe because the mono packages in wheezy still list armhf as supported, which this upload is intended to be a move towards fixing.)
