I haven't looked in enough detail [yet] to see if those rdepends need
binNMUing, and I don't know if there's a clear-cut way to determine
codesearch.debian.net says remove(Update|Event|Cull)Callback (the
affected methods) are only called from simgear (done), osgearth, and one
of the OSG examples (not anywhere in the OSG library itself, so indirect
use doesn't appear to be an issue).
Hence, it would appear that if anything else needs binNMUing it's
osgearth, and I have already informed its maintainer
(https://lists.debian.org/debian-gis/2014/11/msg00006.html)
especially if the issue is because of subtle changes of code
As stated in #765855, this isn't a transition: the issue is that the
thing we want changed (i.e. the previously-buggy inline method) doesn't
change without a rebuild, not that anything else does. Installing the
rebuilt simgear fixes the bug even without upgrading openscenegraph
itself (though as 3.2.1-5 also fixes #763821, I do suggest requesting an
openscenegraph unblock).
