That probably means changing the libgdal binary package name
to e.g. libgdal1a; see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=712688#10 and https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=731261#30 for previous examples.
