Thanks Sean, I'll check through the individual copyrights more closely.

If you run
% grep -Eir '(copyright|©)' *
over the unpacked source package you will find many copyright claims
and license text -- I saw a BSD license -- which are not accounted for
by d/copyright.

In the data/ subdirectory, there are very many data files, including
various images. Currently d/copyright claims that they were *all*
created *solely* by the single upstream author, and all in 2019
(despite the fact that I saw something about a file being created
about 1998 in a file somewhere).
Some people are really hard workers, but the above still seems
unlikely to be true, so I think that upstream should be asked about
the providence of data/.

This review may not be exhaustive. Please check your source package
against your d/copyright and the ftpmaster REJECT-FAQ, throughly,
before uploading to NEW again.
Thank you for your time and contribution!
