libopenmpi3t64 4.1.6-13.3 Depends on libucx0 for ppc64el,
but ucx 1.17.0+ds-2 dropped ppc64el as a supported arch.
Does openmpi 4.1.6 need to be reconfigured to build on ppc64el without
UCX, or does it only need a binNMU?
