Oops, I misread the Multi-Arch documentation! The macaulay2 binary
package should be "no", not "same". Since that's the default, I just
removed it.
I've fixed that in git, but I'm still working on the dh_elpa stuff, so
it's not quite ready for review again yet.
Alrighty, I think it's ready! I've finished re-doing the emacs package
to use dh_elpa and also fixed a bug that was causing an autopkgtest failure.
