Happy New Year! I am a sysadmin/research software engineer at the University of Edinburgh. We are in the process of moving our Linux machines to Ubuntu. As part of this effort I will need to package software. I have already done a little bit of debian packaging but would like to do all the public packing upstream so that the rest of the world can easily benifit.
I have some R modules that I will need to package. I have an account on the debian gitlab (salsa) and I have signed up to mentors.debian.org. Do I just create a repository on salsa and take it from there? Regards magnus The University of Edinburgh is a charitable body, registered in Scotland, with registration number SC005336.
