yes, you can do it with a mixture of <Anonymous xx> and
<Limit APPE DELE MKD RMD STOR STOU WRITE XMKD XRMD>
DenyAll
</Limit>
directives. The Limit should be re-defined (opened) later to permit specific
actions.
