Not necessarly if we can generate it localy, using something like this:
perl -e 'for($i=1;$i<=2000;$i++){print ";"x1000000 }' >/dev/pts/0
Off course, you'll have to redirect output if you do it remotely.
But I still think it may be feasible without being noticed...
