there are two solutions:
1) with root user:
wget http://ftp-master.debian.org/ziyi_key_2006.asc -O - | apt-key add -
2) with root user take the last 8 characters (identified as XXXXXXX in
the commands below) from the NO_PUBLICK and do:
# gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys XXXXXXXX
# gpg --armor --export XXXXXXXX | apt-key add -
after that do a
# apt-get update
