The changelog entries for 13etch5 and 13etch6 are included in the -17
changelog, there just isn't an explicit separate note about the merge.
Right. I had assumed that the entries in the changelog were sorted by
date (and thus expected to find them near the top), but apparently they
are sorted by Debian version.
