ok - worked after reboot 1 init 2 [kflushed] 3 [kupdate] 4 [kpoid] 5 [kswapd] 29 /sbin/syslogd -K -m 0 35 /usr/bin/tail -f /proc/kmsg 36 /usr/bin/tail -f /var/log/messages 37 /bin/sh 38 /sbin/dbootstrap 39 ps ax
All uid's were /root, and State was S excepting the 'ps ax' call - R. Here is an interesting thing -- I jumped through the keyboad setup, and the operation returned "sun:operation not allowed" Initiated swap init checked processes 62 sh -c mkswap -v1 /dev/sda2 63 mkswap -v1 /dev/sda2 C. ----- Original Message ----- From: Ben Collins <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: C.
