Now I'am a little closer! I managed to do wget ....firmware-qlogic_0.4_all.deb udpkg -i firmware-qlogic_0.4_all.deb modprobe -r qla2xxx modprobe qla2xxx And then installation was a piece of cake! But now I have a boot problem. After SILO starting booting linux I got somthing like that: qla2xxx ... Firmware image unavailable qla2xxx ... Faild to initialize adapter qla2xxx ... Firmware can be retrieved from ftp:// ..... So, I got wishes circle! The boot process can't go further because no drivers for qlogic disks :( I still can have access to files on hdd through for example gentoo livecd but I have no idea what should be done next? How to make accesible qlogic firmware during boot? Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks in advance -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
