Just tried it, unfortunately so far no luck. I have the 20160802-16:21 image on a CD-R that boots SILO just fine, then load the kernel & initial ramdisk, then gets to "loading system daemons: ..." Then the screen goes black with a blinking underline cursor at the bottom left for a short while. Then the blinking cursor disappears. Then - nothing. It just sits there. Doesn't sound like it's using the disk or cd. Ultra 1/200E Creator 1 GB RAM Creator 3D series 2 horizontal (not the original Creator series 1) Unused TGX in the top SBus slot SUN36G disk in the bottom slot Plextor 32x CD-ROM set to 512 bytes/sector ... and I have no more serial port near it to try a serial console :-( Any suggestion welcome.
