Beware the Debian installer is calling the Packages file from a other path. I checked it and sparc-utils-udeb is there. http://ftp.ports.debian.org/debian-ports/dists/unreleased/main/debian-i nstaller/binary-sparc64/Packages.gz Change unreleased for unstable or experimental and you will find the other debian-installer Packages files, taking care udeb's.
