Dpends on the focus the snapshot package should have. My intention was to have a package I can check the bug reports with the upstream gcc. libstdc++-v3 will be the default stdc++ for gcc-3.0. OTOH the snapshot package will be (is ?) used to setup Debian on new architectures, so you are interested in a more "stable" gcc. I put a new snapshot on master:~doko/www/gcc to update the debian directory (note: doesn't bootstrap, Jakub's patch doesn't apply cleanly).
