Oh, I forgot to mention libstdc++-out-of-mem.dpatch. This is a perfectly reasonable patch, but it's for an obscure enough problem that it's probably not worth bothering with for 2.95.3, though it wouldn't cause any harm if it were included.
(out-of-memory handling for malloc_alloc and STL, which is not the default in any case).
