This has already been fixed in the git repo: http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/crosstoolchain/cross-gcc.git/commit/?id=1a40c7fe8ba1b04840acba1fe45 2aeff3d126e32 but that fix seems not to have made it into version 13 in jessie. Not quite sure what happened there.
