Wobei Guido allerdings vollkommen au�er acht zu lassen scheint, da�
Patente im Gegesatz zum Urheberrecht nicht die konkrete Umsetzung
"sch�tzen", sondern die Idee an sich. Wenn das Patent "L�sung von
Problem X" beschreibt, dann kann Guido versuchen, um das Patent
herumzuprogrammieren, bis er schwarz wird. Solange das Programm
Problem X l�st, verst��t er gegen das Patent.
Das ist eines der gro�en Probleme bei Logik-Patenten
bzw. Software-Patenten.

Wait until somebody patents a means of combining hardware and software
to maintain data processing. Das w�rde dann mal eben alle
Betriebssysteme erschlagen. Gute Nacht.
Auch au�er acht l��t er dabei, da� Progress-Bars, Reiter-Men�s,
Netzwerk-�berwachung und �hnliches bereits patentiert ist und es nur
noch eine Frage der Zeit ist, bis wildgewordene Patent-Inhaber
losschlagen.
