Aus irgendwelchen sonderbaren GrÃnden scheint proftpd pam_auth zur authentifizierung zu nutzen, anstatt wie konfiguriert, meine individuelle
auth datei.
in /etc/proftpd.conf habe ich:
<Global>
AllowOverwrite yes
AuthUserFile /etc/auth/ftp-passwd
AuthGroupFile /etc/auth/ftp-group
</Global>
und dann verschiede virtualhosts, die alle diese globale konfiguration nutzen sollten. www.domain.de verweist auf die ip, die alle 5 virtualhosts benutzen.
dennoch benutzt proftpd normales pam_unix: (von syslog)
Jun 9 10:03:59 diana50 proftpd[6329]: www.domain.de
(host123.anonymized.net[???.???.???.???]) - FTP session opened.
Jun 9 10:04:00 diana50 proftpd: (pam_unix) check pass; user unknown
Jun 9 10:04:02 diana50 proftpd[6329]: www.domain.de

successful.
Jun 9 10:04:02 diana50 proftpd[6329]: www.domain.de
(host123.anonymized.net[???.???.???.???]) - PAM(user1): User not
known to the underlying authentication module.
Jun 9 10:04:05 diana50 proftpd[6329]: www.domain.de (host123.anonymized.net[???.???.???.???]) - Unable to open password file /etc/passwd for reading: No such file or directory
irgendwelche ideen, was das verursacht?
