olá Teu problema está no XF86Config-4.
O xf86config está gerando valores de freqüência vertica/horizontal errados para o teu monitor. Entra o XF86C..-4 e altre na mão as freq para seu monitor. Deve funcionar. Eu já reportei esse bug para a XFree.org.
