rename by ncftp

Hi, all

There is some way to backup data like ncftpput -R -u expt -p expt 
ftp://21.101.3.12/tmp c:/temp.Sat.tgz.  Then is there a way to renameing the file 
temp.Sat.tgz through ncftp?
