Hello list, I can't seen to get my host (debian sarge running custom 2.6.7 kernel) to recognize my Ipaq (H3835 running familiar 0.7.2). When I connect the device, it goes in dmesg (I have USB debug on):
hub 1-0:1.0: port 3, status 0501, change 0001, 480 Mb/s hub 1-0:1.0: debounce: port 3: delay 100ms stable 4 status 0x501 hub 1-0:1.0: port 3 not reset yet, waiting 50ms ehci_hcd 0000:00:1d.7: port 3 full speed --> companion ehci_hcd 0000:00:1d.7: GetStatus port 3 status 003801 POWER OWNER sig=j CONNECT But the usb device doesn't show up. I have no problems with a 2.4 kernel neither with other USB gear. Here's lsmod: Module Size Used by ipaq 11156 0 usbserial 26988 1 ipaq nvidia 2074600 14 p80211 33808 0 eth1394 20360 0 ohci1394 34436 0 ieee1394 106936 2 eth1394,ohci1394 tg3 81924 0 ehci_hcd 41476 0 usbcore 120672 5 ipaq,usbserial,ehci_hcd intel_agp 19484 1 agpgart 33192 2 intel_agp evdev 9472 0 fat 44480 0 ide_cd 41988 0 cdrom 39072 1 ide_cd Any idea how I can get my system to 'see' the Ipaq, since it's a real pain not to be able to connect.
