Does any one know how to limit bandwitdth on a single system, through a
modem? Say you are in this situation:
You are ftp'ing files on one VT, and you are on the web under X, but since
the ftp session was first, it hogs most of the bandwidth.
Is there a way to make it "split" evenly?
