I had access to another Debian machine and had to compile a new kernel and pcmcia-modules for 2.9.5-3. I thought 2.9.5-3 shouldn't have made it to stable. It wasn't a problem on an install I did a few weeks ago (Not sure if bo was still frozen or alreade stable).
Before compiling, I tried upgrading the kernel to 2.0.30 and installing the modules. But this still gave me unresolved symbols. Also, it looks as though at least one of the symbols is apm related. I thought that apm wasn't part of the standard kernel because of the buggy BIOS around (mine for instance...). Should we file bugs?
