Yes, it is safe. The bonobo-activation has been downgraded within sid. Here are the most recent entries in the changelog:

bonobo-activation (1:1.0.3-3) unstable; urgency=low

* Regress to G2.0 release with epoched version... (closes: #169285, #169719)
* Build Depends on versioned libxml2-dev
