Put into your ~/.Xresources something like that :
Netscape.Navigator.geometry: =940x713+1+0
Netscape.Mail.geometry: =940x713+1+0
Netscape.News.geometry: =940x713+1+0
and do "xrdb -merge .Xresources" after.
