Hello, as a linux newbie I don't know how to fix a problem I have using LOCATE. It worked allright, when I installed it, but after a while UPDATEDB and LOCATE didn't seem to do anything, when I invoked them (except giving back the prompt without any message). Manpage or reinstalling locate didn't help either. I'm using SuSE Linux 4.4 on a pentium120. I'm running locate mostly as root. Thanks for any help, Herbert Betz [EMAIL PROTECTED]
