After struggling with NIS and AMD I have finally given up. Now does anybody know how can I set NFS to give gcc to a remote machine? Basically I have a machine that loads /usr/bin from another machine, but I have problem setting gcc and other programs to search for their init and .h files from /sys/usr/include/... Can Debian be used in such a set up? The problem seem to be that when I upgrade or install a program locally dpkg wnat to wriote something in /etc/ or /usr/.. which means they must be local.
