Yes, but IMHO they're worth it (did you check www.pricewatch.com for prices?). Mindlessly simple setup, great Linux support, and good quality/performance.Any recommendations as to cards that have worked with Debian? The Lucent Orinico cards get mentioned in my google trawls on the subject but seem rather expensive...
