There seems to be some sort of problem with the libraries in /usr/X11R6/lib. Almost every program I install that isn't from a debian package won't run because it can't find libraries from this directory. This is my ld.so.conf: /usr/local/lib /usr/lib/libc5-compat /lib/libc5-compat /usr/X11R6/lib /usr/X11/lib
