Well according to /usr/doc/X11/doc/README:(for X 3.3.2.2)
.............Most other Diamond boards will work with
this release of XFree86. Diamond is actively supporting The XFree86 Project,
Inc.
Didn't this occur around 3 or 4 years ago?
