Hello Cristov: You should be running dselect from the root account. If you are ignore the above sentence. I personally have to run dselect several times when performing a raw install. This is because some of the dependencies must be satistied before other packages can be installed ( I think ). When running dselect for the first time ( raw system ) I do not select any packages, I just run dselect - install. Following successful execution I start selecting packages.
