Can someone tell me how to configure smartlist to do exact address matching? The problem we have is that some usernames are very similar to each other. For exmaple, [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] As a result, when the second user tries to subscribe, smartlist incorrectly says that the user is already subscribed.
In rc.custom, will increasing match_threshold help? How much should it be increased, if so? Thanks.
