No. This is only possible with a realtime linux. But there is a alpha
version of a modified hylafax (IIRC) for active ISDN cards.
You can check de.alt.comm.isdn4linux for more infos. But *do* *not*
ask about it there. Use dejanews to look up the relevant articles.
