You can't tell. The upstream version didn't change, but the debian-version did. This can either be a typo fixed in the Debian docs or a severe packaging bug. The only way to find out is to check the changelog. The package entry at http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages have links for the changelog. There are also the -changes lists, which distribute the changelog enries for uploads. Ciao, Martin
