All you need is a SAMBA server. Samba is a suite of program which implements the SMB/CIFS protocol for Unix. The package includes the servers ( Samba is also capable -- even if in alpha state -- to manage WinNT Domains ) and several clients which help manage the network and verify the functionality of your server. There is also a Web based configuration tool called SWAT.
