I wanted to put '/etc/init.d/network start' in my /sbin/setup.sh on my ThinkPad, but it does not have this file. Where can I put this command to see if it can get my network recognized after I start the machine?
I don't understand the initialization scripts, so I don't want to fool around with those (rc.S and her friends). thanks -- Andrew
