I am almost there! Now I am resolving various dependency issues. Had to download xfree86-common.. and xserver-common... and zlib1g..
zlib1g_1.1.3-2.deb depends on libc6(>= 2.0.7u). On the Debian stable site, I found one called lic6(2.0.7.19981211-6). Is this the right one ? if not how do I get the right libc6.. Regards, Rathon.
