I managed to get my Velocity 4400 working with the 3.3.3.1 as SVGA, so you
may want to grab that.

On the other hand, as a public service announcement, after STB was bought
out by 3DFX their customer service for that product went down the tubes.
Four email attempts and a phone call later (on which I was on hold for an
hour) I dropped that card and bought another one. But it worked fine for
basic Linux stuff.

I have a Velocity 4400 which uses the Riva TNT.

I thought this was built in the SVGA X server, but if it is,
XF86Setup
                doesn't see it.

I think I have the most current XF86Setup and SVGA server
offered in stable.
                They are both 3.3.2.3a-11.

                Help! =(
