In Info (Ctl-h i), go first to Emacs and then search down for `Sending
Mail' and `Reading Mail with Rmail'.
The package Minfo provides a nice-looking and easily-navigable GUI for
browsing the Info system. It's not yet an official Debian package (as
far as I know) but it's available at:
http://www.ing.umu.se/~bosse/debian
