Hello, I have setup a Debian system for serial console. At boot time specifying the "console=ttyS0,9600" will cause all the messages to appear on the dumb terminal except the final login prompt which appears on the PC console. What else needs to be done to get the login prompt on the dumb terminal too. Thanks for your suggestions.
